Enrollment Forms and Information for 2024-25

Enrollment Priority

First Priority is given to children who are members of active and contributing families of the parish. Priority for the 4-year-old class will be given to children previously enrolled in the 3-year-old class.

Second Priority is given to children who are members of neighboring Catholic parishes.

Third Priority is given to children of families from the community.

3-Year-Old Class Admission Requirements (Tues. /Thurs. morning class):
The child must reach age 3 by September 30th of the enrolling year and must be toilet trained to attend the 3-year-old class.

4-Year-Old Class Admission Requirements (Mon. /Wed. /Fri. morning class):
The child should reach age 4 by September 30th of the enrolling year to register for the 4-year-old class.

Pre-K PM (4/5-year-old) Class Admission Requirements (Mon. -Thurs. afternoon class): 
The child should reach age 4 by September 30th of the enrolling year to register for the 4-year-old class. This class is especially recommended for children who just miss the cut off date for kindergarten.

Registration for St. Edward's Preschool opened on January 20, 2024 for parishioners and January 29, 2024 for the general public. A completed Registration Form and a $100 non-refundable registration fee are needed at the time of registration.

Or by picking up and completing a registration packet. Registration packets are available on a table outside the preschool office, in the Gathering Space of church by the middle doors to the main parking lot, or by printing the application forms below.  Registration packet includes: 

Parent Letter
Application Form
Preschool Information
Subsidy Request Form (for active parishioners only- must be registered and contributing): must submit a form to request subsidy

Required Forms that are to be completed after registration is confirmed by the preschool. A final enrollment packet with these required forms will be sent to families once their registration is confirmed.  The Final Enrollment Packet includes:
Child Medical Statement
Child Enrollment & Health Information
Authorization for picture taking, walks, and parent roster
Authorization for Additional Pick-up

Optional Forms:
Volunteer Form (volunteering is not required, but is greatly appreciated)
Medical/Physical Health Plan (if medication is needed)
Request for Administration of Medication (if needed)

Program Options

NOTE: Ages in all age groups are by September 30th.
 Classes will begin in early September and end prior to Memorial Day.
